1. Aishwarya college enrolled students of any course can participate in NatyAishwarya activities.   
2. NatyAishwarya student members are responsible to manage all the performances of the session during assembly, social days, students’ programs and as well as for theory papers practicals related to the course.
3. Students can forward names for judges, guests, teachers for this purpose to the teacher in charge.
4. Abhivyakti Cultural Festival is a workshop to teach the B.Ed (two years) first year students about activity/event management and to develop their organizing skills. Abhivyakti cultural festival is to be managed by students of ATTC college and as part of internal assessment. Support, guidance and help of the teacher in charge and staff is available. 
5. Aishwarya college student club secretaries, BR and students help and support the program by playing effective role for organizing it.   
6. College will provide venue, guest refreshment, mementoes, certificate awards etc. as per official committee decision. 
7. Extra expenditure will be paid by the participants only.   
8. Student can give inputs of creative ideas, stage décor, bringing sponsorship, anchoring, designs or involvement to make the program better.   
9. No student or staff can charge any amount for any issue without permission.
10. Performing arts may have audition as per received entries. 
11. Submit the performance audio file to the course in charge/student in charge two days early and check it.
