The main objective of the student clubs is to provide an opportunity for students to work together
improve & showcase their skills, talent, knowledge, potentials and capabilities in an interesting and challenging environment for overall personality development.

- To Institute prizes and awards for outstanding project work, research papers or other professional activity by the students of the institute; also to suitably recognize outstanding social and community service by the Alumni and the students.
- To undertake to organize activities of a civic or charitable nature as also to increase public awareness of the role of technology in value addition in the economic and social development of the nation.
- To take advantage of developing technologies like the internet in achieving the aims and objects of the Association.
- To raise various endowment funds and award stipends out of it to the deserving students on need-cum-merit basis.
Student clubs and other clubs Rules/Roles/Responsibility
- If the student is selected for any post of the student clubs and monthly attendance is less than 50% then selection will automatically be canceled.
- The student club post can be cancelled any time under disciplinary action during session.
- It is mandatory to attend the student orientation & oath ceremony. Discipline is mandatory all the time.
- Student club secretaries or other student posts communication is restricted with the course in charge only. Do not approach any other staff member for any reason.
- Club secretary or others office bearers should be in proper uniform with ID cards during activities/events.
- Student club secretary and subcommittee team members will help and support the mentor (teacher in charge, as per activity) and non-teaching staff members.
- Student club secretary must organize monthly meeting and finalise the events/activities and prepare accordingly. Report to be shared with the teacher in charge.
- For infrastructure urgent support/help, if the teacher in charge on duty is absent then student in charge can contact the course coordinator.
- Play an effective role to keep your course/batch attendance good, motivate friends to come regularly, participate in activities (curricular, co-curricular, cultural & sports etc.)
- Ensure to switch off the room electricity at the time of leaving the activity venue.
- Inform about your course students’ achievements (outside college) & talent to the course in charge so all can congratulate them.
- In absence of Teacher in charge, the student club secretary and all members of the club are responsible for overall performance of the activity.
- The winners of each activity, student achievements (inside/outside college) will be awarded during the daily prayer assembly/formal event. Student club secretary is responsible for this that all is managed for best results.
- Student club editor has to prepare activity report of the club after the successful completion of each activity/event/daily prayer assembly and submit it to the teacher in charge.
- Its mandatory to obtain sanction from the principal by the teacher in charge before organizing the activity of the club. The venue may be provided free of cost with guest memento & guest refreshment.

- Additional internal assessment marks as per activity presence, participation and performance (as per internal assessment rules).
- Attending the Aishwarya Rotaract Club board oath ceremony.
- Selected student club secretaries will be appointed as Rotaract Club Aishwarya Board directors by the club president for a period of year and the club dues will be sponsored by the college. Membership certificate will be provided.
- Special ID card will be given, benefit of attendance along with refreshment as per event.
