Aishwarya Music And Dance Club

All events under this club to be managed by club members with the support of the teacher in charge.
Aishwarya college enrolled students of any course can participate in Tune In program for singing (Tune In) and dancing (Just dance).
Aishwarya Music & Dance Club is full of activities (related to music and dance field) for students to showcase their talents.
Achiever students will be facilitated with certificate and prizes as per program.
Student notice last date will be followed strictly.
Schedule will be forwarded through ERP log in and will be available with the teacher in charge also. Batch representative team has to manage accordingly with teacher in charge.
Two days before report & program schedule submission is compulsory otherwise program will be automatically canceled.
Program entries will perform as per the schedule or as per the lucky draw made by the guest or as per predefined rule.
College will provide venue, guest refreshment, mementoes, certificate awards etc. as per official committee decision.
Extra expenditure will be paid by the student’s clubs only.
Student can give inputs of creative ideas, stage décor, bringing sponsorship, anchoring, designs or involvement to make the program better.
No student or staff can charge any amount for any issue without permission.
If required, it may have auditions as per received entries.
Submit the performance audio file to the course in charge/student in charge two days early and check it.
