ABOUT ROTARACT

Rotaract Clubs are a part of the vast and prestigious 117+ years old Rotary International network, with 2.5 million active members worldwide. Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. Recently, Mr. Amir Khan, a renowned Indian actor also praised Rotaract for bring a remarkably positive change in his son once he joined a Rotaract Club in Mumbai.

(RCA)

Who are we?

Rotaract Club Aishwarya (RCA) is a Rotary International club-sponsored service club for young men and women. One of the oldest and premier Rotaract groups, our Club is now a part of the RID 3056. This club was founded to foster student fellowship, encourage community service, and promote professional growth. RCA has helped to develop leadership skills among the young people participating and has been a great resource for inspiring all the young people in the city and institution to take positive steps toward developing their personalities. Rotaract Club Aishwarya held a leadership role as Rotary International District 3052's District Rotaract Representative (DRR) and was awarded the District Award, also known as the President's Citation Awards, for the year 2008-09 and 2012-13.

What do we do?

You can support our endeavours and projects through donations, which can be made online here. . Our annual black-tie fundraiser 'Winter Ball Udaipur' is the most awaited event of the year among youth in Udaipur.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Project Antaryatra

'For the journey within you', aiming at spreading awareness on mental health and wellness in 25+ schools, for 12,452+ young children of Udaipur.

Project Alpahar

Collaboration with Rotary Club Udaipur Yuva for providing nutritious meals to school children in approx. 20 government schools of Udaipur.

'No plastic Day' drive

Distribution of jute and cotton bags in colleges of Udaipur to spread awareness about our

Eco Trail

RCA members along with World Wildlife Fund (WWF) India in the Valley of Flowers, Chirwa Ghati Udaipur on an eco-trail.

Blood donation camp

This camp was organised along with K&R Tailors, Udaipur.

Fellowship - Bonfire Night

Because fun and friendships are important too! RCA regularly organizes events and activities for fellowship in addition to service projects.

Book donation drive

RCA conducts Books and stationary donation drives on a regular basis, wherein members collect items and donate to needy children of various Government schools.

Distribution of 10,000+ eco-friendly seed pens

These innovative pens turn into plants after you bury them in the soil and water it. These were distributed in community and students of Udaipur.
