All enrolled final-year students are members of the Aishwarya Institution's Alumni Association (AIAA), which is an association of its alumni created to encourage the developing of their connections. To positively impact the progress of the institutions and bring them goodwill, the AIAA strives to stay in contact with their alumni. Additionally, it offers a chance for reciprocal engagement in post-degree academic cultural and promotional activities. Additionally, it fosters welfare initiatives for students at different universities by funding academic programs, endowment funds and scholarships. Every year on December 22, there is an alumni meet called "Mel-Jol" and also to bid farewell to final-year students.
