Seminar on "Campus to Corporate" on 15 May 2010
National Trainer & Management Consultant Mr. Tapas Mohapatra had come to conduct a one-day Seminar on "Campus to Corporate" on 15th May 2010 as a part of the Brilliance One-Off, a series of Lectures/Seminars/Workshops being organized at Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan. He said that every person is born Intelligent & endowed with talent; only caveat is to recognize the same & utilize it optimally. He asked the participants to first decide the priorities & address the top priorities immediately. It is important to confront the realities of life. To succeed in corporate world it is important to work as a team. Speaking on Theory & Practical he said that first we read & then apply the knowledge in practical life. Therefore it is essential to read the newspapers regularly. He emphasized that passion was more important than knowledge for success in Corporate Life. Speaking on Activity & Productivity he said that in all our activities there should be productivity. He explained the Mantra of success through the life stories of successful businessman. To fight depression he suggested constantly repeating the words "I am successful, I am Healthy, I am Happy, and I am successful".
