About Rotaract


Rotaract Clubs are a part of the vast and prestigious 117 year old Rotary International network, with 2.5 million active members worldwide. Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. Recently, Mr. Amir Khan, a renowned Indian actor also praised Rotaract for bring a remarkably positive change in his son once he joined a Rotaract Club in Mumbai.

About Rotaract Club Aishwarya (RCA)


RCA is an institution-based youth club sponsored by Rotary Club Udaipur Meera under the patronage of seasoned Rotarian and Udaipur based edupreneur Dr. Seema Singh. Rotaract Club Aishwarya was first established in 2003, and revived with new vigor post pandemic. Club received the District Award President's Citation Award for the years 2008-09 and 2012-13, & provided leadership position as District Rotaract Representative (DRR) of Rotary International district 3052. We look forward to continue our efforts to strive for the best!

About Aishwarya College of Education

Aishwarya College of  Education Sansthan accredited by NAAC and approved under UGC Section 2f & 12B, established under the act 1958 (Govt.of India) in the field of education from more than two decades of experience is permanently affiliated to Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (NAAC accredited grade ‘A’), Government of Rajasthan. It is having affiliations from National Council of Teachers Education (NCTE), Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), School Education Dept, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Pharmacy council of India, Govt of Rajasthan. The campus is situated in the heart of the city, well-connected for easy commuting in Rajendra Nagar, Chitrakoot Ext., Near RTO, Udaipur.

For the first time ever in the city of Udaipur, Rotaract Club Aishwarya presents the grand ‘Winter Ball Udaipur’. A truly exclusive, one of a kind Black Tie Fundraiser event for the cosmopolitan citizens of Udaipur that promises to exude elegance and sophistication. An evening of elegance, dancing celebration amidst the enchanting ambience of the city's heritage with special celebrity guests making it an unforgettable experience. Dancing for a cause – Black-tie Fundraiser
Winter Ball Udaipur's contribution will be used for development of Government Higher Secondary School, Navkheda, Dabok, Udaipur. Funds will be used for school furniture, library, computer labs, toilets for girls etc.

Rules and Regulations of Winter Ball Udaipur:

Registration Payment

  • Participant registration fee (couple entry) - INR 15,000
  • VIP Guests of participants (only 2 pax as guest) - INR 2,000 per pax
  • Table booking (one table will seat 6 pax) - INR 18,000 per table
  • Single-person entry pass (without table) - INR 2,500
  • First dancing couple for opening the dance floor - INR 11,000 (exclusive of participant registration fee)
  • Second dancing couple - INR 7,000(exclusive of participant registration fee)

Attire & Etiquette (Dress Code)

Men can also go for fashion-forward colors like steel gray, gray plaid, or navy blue. Choose a black bow tie, cummerbund, or waistcoat to complete the look. Ladies: Consider wearing a formal evening gown that complements the occasion. Traditional choices include long flowing dresses in elegant fabrics like silk or satin. Choose colors like black, navy, or jewel tones for a sophisticated look. Accessorize with statement jewelry, a stylish clutch, and heels that match your gown.
